Maui Chef’s Table – A Weekly Feast!

Discover the modern tastes and textures of local and organically grown produce, fruits, and proteins. Maui Chefs Table is a delightful weekly 7-course feast that will enchant your palate. This exclusive lively dining experience happens on the grounds of the Maui Tropical Plantation at the Mill House Restaurant. Each course is created from scratch instilling the freshest ingredients from the plantation. The goal is to forge an uncommon and comprehensive five-star dining experience.

Executive Chef Jeff Scheer and Sous Chef Rosanna Ha heads this weekly social dining event. The open-air kitchen approach allows guests to watch and interact with the chefs as they produce each uniquely creative dish. The guests are encouraged to ask the chefs about the ingredients or the inspiration behind each course as it is prepared. Meet and mingle with other ‘foodies’ as you experience this culinary adventure together.

No outside alcohol will be allowed. Unfortunately, Maui Chefs Table is unable to accommodate special dietary requests. Please take into consideration that if you have specific preferences or allergies with food, you may not have an experience as elevated as others.
