Speaking with Chinese Clients
We wrapped up the 3-day Luxury Property Showcase in Beijing today. It was a very exciting process learning more about the culture and meeting new people. There were many questions regarding EB-5 Visa program. I must have explained that process about 50 times.
Competition is fierce in a venue such as the Beijing Luxury Property Showcase. Various destinations were represented: South Pacific, Europe, Americas, Australia, New Zealand, and so on. From simple flats to castles; small lots to islands ―each country having different offerings to attract direct foreign investments. And right now most developed countries want to attract foreign cash to improve their economy.
Eric Bricker, Paul Thoryk and I had a great time and introduced ourselves to new prospective clients. Now, we start the hard process of converting conversion to action. Today and tomorrow, we are meeting with entrepreneurs, business leaders and the CENTURY 21 China franchise owners, to make new contacts and pitch CENTURY 21 All Islands and Hawaii Real Estate.
China is an amazing and industrious enclave of businesses. Just down the street are dealerships for Austin Martin, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati and a sports car for Le Mans Race that I have no idea who makes. We’re not in Kansas anymore Toto!
