Who says you cannot find anything in Princeville for under $200,000?

The real estate market has really changed.  2-3 years ago if you had told me you could bye a condo in a luxury resort area like Princeville for under $200,000 I would have said you were crazy.  Well I guess I will have to eat my own words.  This cute and spacious 2BR 2BA condo aprox 1300 sqft really looks like a good investment.

Although we are seeing prices below $200,000 they are rare and usually do not stay on the market long.  Why should they, with 20% down this thing will almost carry itself with a long term renter, and that alone makes this very appealing to the investor especially if you have a 2 yr minimum plan to hold.  The affordability of owning and maintaining a 2nd home here on Kauai has changed dramatically with price declines around 35-40% and near record low interest rates I believe the timing could not be better to invest in Paradise!!!
