National Association of REALTORS – Sales of Pre-Owned Homes Dip

Sales of previously owned homes dropped in August by 4.80 percent on an annual basis for the first time in four months; the dip was likely caused by rising home prices. Case-Shiller: 20-City Home Price Index Hits 6 Month High

S&P Case-Shiller: Home Price Growth Slows in 2015
